I consult on tricky quantitative research projects across subjects, but I have particular expertise in helping teams tackle important challenges in the life sciences. I’ve worked on projects ranging from cellular senescence to early detection of neurological and psychiatric disorders to gastroenterological and hepatic disease.
I have particular expertise in multi-omics and have built preprocessing and analysis pipelines for data types ranging from Xenium spatial transcriptomics to CRISPRi Perturb-seq from scratch. I’ve also led projects involving cutting-edge omics technologies end-to-end (e.g., grant writing to panel design and vendor interfacing to downstream analysis and manuscript writing).
I specialize in large data sets and cross-disciplinary teams. I’m Yale and Purdue-trained, have led multi-million-dollar projects, and — more importantly — I believe in the human side of science and pride myself in strong communication and a collaborative work ethic.
